I was kicking around the entertainment industry here in Los Angeles logging on to every job search site and every studio's internal HR site but I was getting nowhere.

Then I stumbled across Climber.com and I took their Career Fingerprint questionnaire (I was a little surprised to see that I was more interested in Compensation and not so much innovation and environment like I thought) and a day later they had a neat little list of gigs with production companies and studios.

I'll let you know when I land a job. But no matter where I land I'll keep an eye on Cilmber.com and always look for the next big thing.
